Dear SAP
In 2H 2023 SAP is moving the MSS transactions to a centralized service. We would like to know what is the business impact. Do we have to change any configurations for this change like changing some of our Business rules or any configuration in SuccessFactors?

One impact we identified was that compensation changes initiated through MSS were not triggering an approval workflow. Our workflows are still in XML, not business rules, so we are now migrating to business rules in order to make the necessary changes that will allow comp changes to trigger workflows once this centralized service change is universal.

Thanks, Abbey for your response. In the last release when the MSS centralisation was introduced, we faced issues like the HDA end date rule stopped working and errors while putting in out-of-cycle rem increase and HDA. Some workflows weren't getting generated, So we opted out of the centralised service.
Hope SAP has come up with all these bug fixes.
