2H 2023 Built-In support in page header: Disable option

We would like to disable the Built-In support in the page header that is being introduced with the 2H2023 update. Our users not have SAP IDs and we would prefer them to use our custom help, rather than the SAP help, which is primarily for Admins. Please introduce a disable option, so that only Admins can see this option.

100% this will give a very poor user experience and will likely end up in a large volume of requests for to have SAP Universal IDs created. A global disable option would be good as described by OP but better would be to combine that with make it permissionable through RBPs.

I also agree it would be helpful to have option to disable the Built-in Support feature for certain user groups

Hello, 

I agree with the request made by Julia.
Particularly for customers who also use the Ask HR tool, whose icon has been replaced and it is precisely Built-in support which recovers the icon. This may mislead users.

The best would be to be able to select the population who can use this tool (admins type).
