I don't think our company currently uses the SF-182 form in the LMS.  Is there a way in the LMS to verify this.

It mentions: Ensure attachments in External Learning Configuration is set to true.  Where can I find that to verify?

I selected Single request in the1st option (under Display), and selected Multiple request in the 2nd option (under Verification), to match what was provided in the example, but I honestly don't understand what these options mean, and what they do for us.  If it turns out that our company doesn't use the SF-182 form in the LMS, can I just ignore this?

hey Michael,

if you are using the standard "request external training" feature in sap successfactors learning then you are using the sf-182 form. If you're not using the functionality to request external trainings (this means trainings which are not part of a library) then you can ignore this functionality.
