2005 Desktop Assistant not Displaying Customized Version

Hello. I am currently testing 2005 in our QA environment. I noticed when playing the DA, it is not displaying our customized DA sidebar. I only receive the standard blue side panel and only see the light bulb option. I don't see the contextual help, library or other icons we have activated for the sidebar. Any ideas? I've checked the DA player and I have it pointing to our customized side panel.

For on-prem I would check that the resources were also updated from the import of the .dkp

For cloud these settings will get changed backed to default after each upgrade.

Make sure you have checked the Desktop assistant sidebar as well.

Hope this helps,

Jesse

Hi Kristin. Yes, our new settings are in the resources. I don't have either bolded in the workarea resources, the old or the customized. I've sent screenshots of everything below:

Customized resource settings:

Workarea resources, that shows desktop asst player bolded but standard desktop style not bolded:

Our customized DA style shown below:

Hi Sally,

maybe you can check to see if new DA settings are in the resources and if those are being used instead of the old settings. What you describe sounds like the default settings so maybe you have the default DA settings active (bold) instead of the customized ones.

Take care,

Kristina

Thanks Jesse. The settings came over, Danna and I confirmed against current 1908 production environment. The screenshot doesn't show entire sidebar options but I have everything enabled except external search and sticky note.
