Hi,
I am looking into using this new functionality:
Administrator Permissions Manage Hires Include Inactive Employees in the search
I would like to allow the HR Managers to access inactive users (leavers in this case) to retrieve their Performance Forms.
Currently, I have to re-activate the users, wait a while, and then proxy on the user to retrieve these.
In my tests in the preview instance, when I access the leavers employee profile page (with this new search), the forms don't show (whereas I see those for active staff).
Any idea how I can get this to work ?
Do anyone else have a similar situation, and how do you deal with it?
