As per this release item, it was mentioned as below.
- Statement recall email notification: The email notification that you receive when statements are recalled for employees now includes their usernames as well as user IDs. Previously, the email notification only had the user IDs.
But when we are testing this feature, both User IDs and employee names are not shown.
I receive the below message in the email.
Is anyone facing this issue and anyone aware of how to fix this or when this will get fixed?
