1H 2024 Rule scenario "Define Eligibility for the Reimbursement Benefit Type"

Hi All,

In 1H 2024, SAP SuccessFactors will not be able to create rules under scenario "Basic" thus SAP has provided new scenarios under Benefit Management.

I migrated all rules to new scenarios "Define Eligibility for the Reimbursement Benefit Type".

Previous conditions:

If context.currentUser.JobInformation.EmployeeClass is equal to XXX

then 

Entitlement.Amount equal to $$$$

After 1H 2024

Condition should be change and became, 

If JobInformation.EmployeeClass is equal to XXX

since there is no context.currentUser anymore in the rule engine, this became the issue, somehow this condition is not getting resolved thus some benefits did not appear in benefit homepage.

Does anyone has any idea why this happened?
