1H 2023 Workflow Not Triggered for Termination

Hi,

As of this release in Test, when I enter a termination, no workflow is triggered. I opened a support ticket and there is no resolution yet although we have tried their first suggestion. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if it is just me. Workflow is triggered as expected for a job promotion.

Hi Julie,

Have you tried turning off Manager Self-Service UI for Termination Details centralised services?

I found that our business rule embedded in EmploymentInfo stopped working while that is enabled. It worked again once it is disabled.

I have also raised a ticket as I think this is a Manager Self-Service UI for Termination Details centralised services related defect but the engineers are still looking at that.

Thank you @Ethan_Dai - Support replied today with that exact thing to try and now workflow triggered. Sounds like a defect to me too!
