1H 2023 -Cannot Change Custom Card Icon/Icon Background Color

Our home page card image color changed in our preview environments after the 1H 2023 and we can't change it back.  Although Manage Themes has the correct colors, it's not reflecting them on the home page.  

Manage Themes > Fine Tune > Home Page (Latest)

What is showing on the Home page.  This does not match the colors selected in Manage Themes.  Is this a bug?

@DanniBruget - Yes.  It was fixed before the 1H 2023 release was moved to production.  However, it seems to have broken again last week, so I submitted another incident to SAP.   Their response was that it's a known issue and the Engineering team is working on it.  

They said that any updates will be shared on the following KBA as well:
3346871 - Icon color is not respecting Theme Manager and is displaying blue
