1H 2021 release - Learning Approval tiles disappears

Symptom

When employee requests approval to enroll in a course, the “Learning Approval” tile appears in the manager home page with an error message.

For the first time under the To-Do section in Platform/Bizx, the "Learning Approval" would be showing and as well as an error message under the Manage My Team.

Later if another approval request for learning sent, then "Learning Approval” tile will be disappeared.

Workaround manager can navigate to Learning and approve the course as needed.
