Hi experts,
We want Standard S4HANA content in French. I can find a group named "1909 - Translations Versions Tutorial" but this contains less content like 12 simulations. Is it possible to get full package of content in French? Is yes, will the recorded SAP screen be in French?

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hi Mani,

No, the vast majority of the content is only provided in English but you can convert it to French using Enable Now. To do this:

1. Open Producer
2. Duplicate a Simulation that you want to convert to French - you should select French during the duplication
3. Open the Simulation and select Tools > Translation > Automated Translation
4. Click OK

To convert the screen images to French:

1. Open the application in the French interface
2. Select Recording > Rerecord application
3. Select the application to be rerecorded and turn off Interactive Mode - it will be worth trying in automated mode
4. Click Rerecord

You might have to do the rerecording in interactive mode but worth trying in automated mode, given that it is just a change of language.

Thanks Shane. This method is working.
One last question please.
Does SAP have any plan to create contents (along with screen) in French, Spanish, German, Chinese as these are one of the most spoken languages in the world?
Do I need to raise Customer Influence Request to make a request?

Hi Mani,

There is no plans that I'm aware of to manage extensive content libraries in multiple languages. I think it's a big task to do this for English so to extend to multiple other languages is unlikely. By all means, raise an Influence Request but you will need to try to find an area of the Influence portal that relates to content; this is not an Enable Now thing. Enable Now is just the application used to create the content.
