Hello Experts,
How do I configure a time valuation for a 15days period. I have a requirement to get OT after 176Hours is recorded. Employees work 12HRs for 15days which totals to 180, 176 is considered regular time and 4 hours overtime. If an employee takes vacation within the 15days then they are not entitled to the 4hrs Overtime.
The time recording period in SuccessFactors can only be one week. Does any one know how I can achieve this requirement.
