The reimagined home page is designed to deliver efficiency, individualization, and discoverability of opportunities and information. Users can leverage progressive layers of information on the home page to complete tasks and consume information they need in byte size chunks. And we’re excited to be delivering even more capabilities for your end users and administrators. Let’s drill into the details.

Onboarding and Learning To-Do Tasks
Adding to our growing list of to-do categories on the home page, managers can efficiently manage their onboarding tasks directly from the home page. We have also added support for learning assignments such as programs and curricula.
Administrator's’ Functionality:
We have added even more configurability to Home Page” to add custom content and control its visibility from “Manage Home Page”. Here’s some of the key ones:
Support for Role Based Permissions
Administrators can now control the visibility for all admin configured content using RBP Roles and Group. This includes Custom cards, Custom folders, Custom links available as Favorites, and Supplemental tasks. This capability allows for reusability of RBP configuration for Home Page content.
Groupings of Custom Cards
Administrators now have the ability to create groupings of custom cards and use role-based permissions (RBP) groups or roles to control the visibility. This new capability offers more flexibility, efficiency and reusability to configure custom content on the home page.
Supplemental Tasks from the Manage Home Page
Administrators can now create supplemental tasks from the “Manage Home Page” experience. Supplemental tasks will be stacked along with other engagement cards of the same category. Administrators can also use a delivered utility to import all open supplemental tasks from the legacy home page.
There are additional enhancements and new capabilities that will be coming with the 1H 2022 release, such as the number of custom cards per user has been increased to 16. Even if using folders/groupings the card count per user will remain 16. Additionally, two different banner images can be applied for different set of employees with the new theme setting in Theme Manager called Desktop banner image. When selected, you can upload a banner image file and preview it in the Theme Preview area. Groups who see the theme (based on division, department, or location) see the banner image uploaded in Theme Manager.
