PFS URL for the instance - Tenant id

Hello,

We have got multiple requests to get the tenant id which is a mandatory field while raising the PFS URL to SAP.

Below are the ways you can find the tenant id:

For Customers Instance:

• Your customer must have received an email with complete details like initial password, Company id, Datacenter. The subject line would be 'Initial password for your SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite'


• You can also check from the cloud availability center if you have access to it. Kindly check the KBA - https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2548400

For Demo instance:

• For demo instance, you can find the tenant id from the notification you receive about the expiration of your instance.
