We are currently at concept/design phase for a brand new Manager View for this App.
Please feel free to submit any ideas you have for a manager view in Teams. Things you would like to see as a manager when accessing SuccessFactors in Teams. e.g
- As a manager, I want to be able to approve time off with insights about other members’ planned time off during that period (Calendar data)
- As a manager, I want to be able to see who within my team have the open required learnings, so that I can remind them when necessary
- Dashboard for Team insights, providing member’s activity such as when a member has achieved a learning, completed a goal/activity, or one member has been overloaded this week (Graph data), or one member has been unskilled since they have added one skill into Growth Portfolio?
