Introduction to Implementation Design Principles for SAP SuccessFactors Solution
In order to address real-life challenges in product implementation and also to complement our existing SAP SuccessFactors Standard Guides (SAP Help portal) our team, SAP SuccessFactors Product Advisory & Partner Success has been creating and publishing Implementation Design Principles on SAP SuccessFactors Customer Community since October 2018.SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Design Principle blog post introduces you to why and how these documents are created and published. To understand what implementation assets are available and when to leverage each of them including Implementation Design Principle documents, visit the SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Assets Overview blog post. Some of these documents have been co-authored by partners and SAP Professional Services who bring in rich implementation experience and SAP SuccessFactors is immensely grateful for their valuable contribution in providing valuable enablement materials for better and successful implementation.
Implementation Design Principle Webinars
Along with providing detailed documentation, our team has been hosting webinars on SAP PartnerEdge since the beginning of 2019 to help our larger partner ecosystem to take the recommendations and insights from these detailed documents in bitesize. Since then, we have hosted 18 webinars (August’20) of which some have been co-hosted with select SAP SuccessFactors partners who. In today’s new normal, our team is glad that our webinars are in line with today’s go-to way of online learning to expand one’s knowledge and upskill.
Our team continues to plan and host these webinars to cover our growing number of implementation design documents across the breadth of SAP SuccessFactors product portfolio (40 documents as of July 2021). To ensure our documents and recordings of the webinars are accessible to the entire SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, access to the home page of Implementation Design Principles on SAP SuccessFactors Customer Community has been made public where we continuously add more and more implementation assets.

Webinar on SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Report Story
One of the recently concluded Implementation Design Principle webinar on SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Report Story Design & Implementation Considerations in June’20 saw 189 partner registration and attendance in great number. This webinar showcased the features and capabilities of the new reporting option report story and also discussed how one can plan the migration of existing reports to report stories. The details of these discussions can be found in the document too. The participants had the chance to ask questions and have it answered by product experts. The recording of this webinar and other previously hosted webinars are accessible via the link.
