Production instances post the 2H 2023 Production Release.
Why was this done?
Enabling the feature caused issues with processing of specific Events and Transactions via the UI, namely the inability to end a Suspension or Furlough via the UI and not being able to use Data Change Event Reasons with status other than Terminated, Retired or No Selection via the UI. Due to this to ensure no interruption to existing processes in Production instances and to allow time to provided a patch to resolve this issue, the feature will be temporarily disabled in all Production Instances.
When will this be re-enabled?
Our Engineering team are working on providing a fix via a patch with priority. The aim is to provide the fix as quickly as possible and re-enable the feature.
