On the Quotas tab of a territory, you can hide any targets that aren't relevant to a specific territory. When you hide a parent target, all child targets are automatically hidden, as well. You can unhide individual child targets, as needed.

Hidden targets aren't visible to managers and sales representatives on the Quota tab, the Quota Allocation screen, or the Quota breakdown screen.

To hide a quota target, complete the following procedure.

  1. In the application menu, navigate to Territory Admin >  Territory Programs and open the territory program for which you want to hide a quota target type.

The territory program opens and the Territory Tree tab is displayed.

  2. For the desired territory, Navigate to Manage Quota tab > Select the Quotas tab.
  3. Select the SaiGeethaG_1-1713781268727.png(Hide) icon to hide the target.

The Hide Management window appears as shown below.

  4. If you want to hide the currently selected territory, enable the toggle for Include Current Territory.
  5. If the territory program has derived target types, the Apply to Derived Targets toggle option is available. Enable the toggle to hide the dependent derived targets of the parent target type.
  6. For non leaf-level territories, select the appropriate checkboxes to Hide Rep and/or Hide Rollup territories.
  7. Choose Apply.

Once you've successfully hidden targets, if needed, you can unhide what you've hidden. To change what is hidden, choose SaiGeethaG_3-1713781426471.png (Unhide).

To show everything, choose Reset and Apply. To stop hiding only certain elements, uncheck the appropriate boxes and choose Apply.
