Innovations to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
New Skills and Competencies
With this release, we are expanding innovation across SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting through several updates including job posting enhancements and updated skills and competencies to align to the whole-self model across the suite, including new integrations between Recruiting and the
Talent Intelligence Hub and
Opportunity Marketplace.
Recruiters can now attach a new selection of
skills and competencies to job requisitions to support a skills-based approach to hiring and help improve consistency across the organization.
Additionally, for recruiting postings, we have extended the list of
job board integrations available in the job board marketplace to fulfill continuous recruitment needs regionally.
For early adopters, the
redesigned applicant management workbench for recruiting includes enhancements, providing a new and improved user experience for recruiters to find applicants quickly and efficiently.
Stay tuned for updates as the
Recruiting Applicant Management tool is planned to be released to general availability this year.
Innovations to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Configurable New Hire in Onboarding
In the
1H 2023 release, we have extended functionalities and delivered enhancements to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding to simplify and streamline the hiring process.
Inspired by a
customer community idea, the
configurable new hire functionality has been extended to Onboarding, allowing new hires to easily provide personal details as well as customizable details all in one step, saving time while improving efficiency and data accuracy.
With this new feature, administrators can create hire templates with the blocks needed for the type of employment you are hiring for, allowing you to customize the data collected during the hiring process.
Another new enhancement with this release includes the ability to create
custom email notification triggers using business rules for onboarding participants.
Additionally, the
SAP Identity Authentication Service for new hires and rehires has been enhanced, allowing for customers to now sync identification and improve the notification process.
