Introduction


 

SAP SuccessFactors customers usually have three sets of instances - development, test, and production. The consultant is required to align these instances to ensure common behavior. There are three options to copy or move the configuration.

  1. Instance sync tool

  2. Instance refresh

  3. Manual import and export

Definition

An instance Sync is a tool that can be accessed from Admin Center.

It allows to move configurations, specific data, and settings to target instance.
