Quick Steps to Make Writing Assistant feature work with Organization-specific Competency Library in PMGM

Overview

Writing Assistant feature is a content development tool with an extensive library of development and mentoring recommendations. These recommendations help the Managers to provide targeted, effective and meaningful feedback to the employees.

They come predefined with SuccessFactors competency library, but not when an organization asks for custom competency library. 

Common Error: Quote doesn't show for given teaser in a competency.

Quick steps to add teasers in the writing assistant in order to show in the performance form.

Step 1: Go to Admin Center > Manage Competencies > Click on Competency

 



 

Step 2: Click on teaser > Fill First person Second person and Third Person

Tip: Do not leave any voices blank!
