EC - ECP integration Check List

We all know that EC and ECP are 2 different system and they are integrated via P2P. Some of the activities are configurable which are deployed by transports where as some activities are performed in each individual system.

After implementing few EC – ECP projects got a hang of the activities that needs to be performed to integrate EC with ECP system. As part of cut over I have built a checklist of common task that are to be performed.

This is not an extensive list covering all the aspects but covers some of the important task along with the sequence, approximate time and type of consultant to be involved.
