As announced earlier, the Cloud Availability Center launched on September 29 for SAP SuccessFactors. The new personalized cloud dashboard provides consolidated views for service availability, performance, and service level uptime reporting.

The Cloud Status Dashboard and the Maintenance Dashboard tiles were retired on October 1. Start using the new Cloud Availability Center now. You can access it through the SAP ONE Support Launchpad.

NOTE: When you log into Cloud Availability Center, you will see the status of your production systems. Test, QA, and preview environments will not be accessible. For more information, please read the FAQ.
