With the AI Units you will find a new admin page in SuccessFactors where you can activate AI Scenarios (AI Service Administration). Grant the permissions to this page to your user to manage the AI Scenarios.
In this application (AI Service Administration) you have to activate Assisted 360 Reviews Insights and Assisted 360 Reviews - Sentiment Analysis.
