Second Half 2025 Release: The Latest Enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

The second half 2025 release brings a host of new enhancements across the entire SAP SuccessFactors HCM portfolio. In this blog, we'll discuss the key highlights of what we are delivering for the SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution. Manager view enhancements:

Building on the innovations rolled out in both the 2H 2024 and 1H 2025 releases, we are excited to announce additional enhancements to the manager view. Managers will now be able to manage admin assignment due dates, based on configuration, to allow managers who are in charge of their teams' training assignments to update specific due dates without additional admin intervention. This gives managers greater flexibility to adjust deadlines based on specific needs whether those items are part of a curricula or a free floating assignment. Manager experience has also been enhanced to allow for easier identification of team members by including the ID and organizational information of each employee and more seamless navigation of the team hierarchy view.

iContent Management Tool rollout:

iContent Management is a new system tool that allows admins to view and delete content stored in the iContent server, meaning it is no longer necessary to directly access the iContent server to view and delete content. Admins will also be able to view course affiliations of each stored content file and schedule content deletion and course cleanup, all from one tool.
