In the 2H 2024 release, we're introducing AI-assisted career insights. These insights give you personalized guidance to help employees achieve target roles. You can set new career goals and boost your skills with confidence, knowing you've got clear guidance on where to improve. Plus, you can check out suggested roles in both card and chart views. How are these suggested roles determined? Employees aspirations, skills, and attribute ratings, along with the career paths set by your organization.

With this update, you'll get smarter AI-powered recommendations for a more tailored and hands-on employee growth experience. Job and assignment suggestions will match current skills and aspirations, while also aligning to organizational priorities. Plus, we're rolling out AI-assisted assignment creation. This new feature is a time-saver for assignment owners, as you can now create and edit assignments using AI assistance. Just type in the objectives, and the system will generate an assignment for you. It'll even suggest skills to link to the new task. On top of that, the new admin view makes it easier for experiential program admins to keep an eye on and manage assignments, helping them track progress and offer better guidance.
