With regards to SAP SuccessFactors, one of the key assets I would like to highlight are the Continuous Quality Check services (or CQC services for short).

In general, continuous quality check and improvement services from SAP connect you with an SAP Expert. This person will analyze your system and/or situation based on real life data from your systems or solution. After each service, you receive a service report with an executive summary, findings and a detailed action plan to mitigate risks or improve your situation.

For SAP SuccessFactors we have the following:

CQC for deployment readiness for SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
This service is designed to provide a key settings review before the go-live. During this remote service, an analysis of the SAP SuccessFactors tenant is performed and recommendations for optimal configuration are given in alignment with SAP best practices.

Service can be used:

  • Before the go-live of a new SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
  • When additional modules are added to the existing SAP SuccessFactors solution
  • As a “health check” for productive SAP SuccessFactors systems.

Service cannot be used:

  • If you have issues with specific business processes
  • if you require a design review or if you require consulting expertise.

CQC Going Live Support
The continuous quality check (CQC) for going-live support service for SAP SuccessFactors performs a complete monitoring of your BizX tenant during the go-live and provides an analysis of the key performance indicators. The aim of this service is to:

  • Safeguard the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite go-live.
  • Minimize potential risks of critical go-lives.
  • Provide high-level support in case of unforeseen incidents during go-live.

CQC for interface management for SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

The continuous quality check (CQC) for interface management focuses on the evaluation of potential risks of key interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and cloud components within key processes of the Intelligent Enterprise.

This service is available for solutions that are either in production or close to production start-up. It is most applicable if you have interfaces with known or suspected problems in meeting requirements such as:

  • Stability and a high throughput with an optimal interface configuration
  • Rapid response time for a good performance

  • if you require a design review or if you require consulting expertise.

CQC for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Transition

Focused on assisting you in transitioning from SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. This service  is designed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the transition process from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding. 

Benefits of this service:

  • The benefits of this service include:
  • Review current settings, use of features, and enablement of key functions.
  • Analyze effort required for the transition.
  • Receive a detailed service report that highlights effort required and key areas for consideration not only for current enabled features but also for not enabled features and features only available in new Onboarding version.
  • Optimize the possibility for a smooth transition journey.

Remote Services can be requested via the Get Support application in SAP for Me (SAP Note 1296527). When submitting your request, please select:

  • Product: “Continuous Quality Check & Improvement Services”
  • Product function: “Service request for a Cloud Solution”

If you need assistance in submitting your case, you may contact your local Customer Interaction Center (CIC).

Please note the priority of these cases cannot be high or very high. This product and product function do not accept these priorities.
