SAP lately implemented several changes to streamline the SAP Enable Now-related enablement portfolio:

  1. Classroom Training:

    • Standard instructor-led training courses for SAP Enable Now are no longer available as of calendar week 22.
    • The lab infrastructure used for hands-on practice during these courses has been decommissioned.
    • Customers who still require training must now opt for customer-specific training sessions.
    • These customized training sessions will be conducted using the customer's own SAP Enable Now instance for hands-on exercises.
  2. E-learning Courses:

    • Existing e-learning courses (SEN100e, SEN200e, and SEN300e) will remain available on learning.sap.com.
    • However, these courses will no longer be maintained or updated.
    • For the interim solution 'SAP Enable Now - enablement content creation edition', new courses with reduced content will be provided.
    • The new course codes are SEN101e and SEN201e.
    • It's important to note that SEN300 (consulting) is not affected by these changes.
  3. Certification:

    • The consulting certification "C_SEN" has been officially retired.
    • Consultants who already hold this certification do not need to complete any "stay certified" assessments.
    • The 'certified consultant' status will be automatically extended for one year upon expiration.
    • After this extra year existing certification badges will remain visible on "Credly" and will maintain their validity until the official end-of-life of SAP Enable Now (which has not yet been scheduled). An "expired" flag will be added to show the inactive state.
    • No further action is required from certified consultants to maintain their status.
  4. Partner Enablement:

    • All partner-related enablement materials and content sources have been retired.
    • These resources are no longer available for access or use.

These changes ensure a focused approach to SAP Enable Now enablement services while accommodating the integration of WalkMe into SAP's product portfolio. Consultants with existing certifications benefit from automatic extensions and continued validity of their credentials. Customers seeking training can still receive tailored instruction using their own instances. The introduction of new e-learning courses for the interim solution "SAP Enable Now - enablement content creation edition" provides continuity in learning opportunities. It's important to note that SAP Enable Now product maintenance will continue without restrictions until further notice, and ongoing service engagements or planned implementations are not affected by these changes.

Thank you @mikefritz for this information as there were still a lot of questions in the air and finally we have an answer.

2 more questions:

1.- The existing learning courses (SEN100e, SEN200e, and SEN300e) will remain available even with the release of the new ones with reduced content (SEN101e and SEN201e)?

2.- All courses will remain accesible in SAP LH until the official end-of-life of SAP Enable Now?

Thank you!
