Introduction
As part of a recent customer engagement related to the implementation of the Data Retention Time Management (DRTM) feature of SuccessFactors we needed to come up with an overview of Data Purges in SuccessFactors because it wasn't clear to the customer why they would use DRTM instead of existing purge requests (Legacy Purges).
The presentation below provides that overview (history of purge features and details on why to use one vs the other) and goes over the following Business Case : How to run an annual purge of Compensation worksheet data for employees inactive for 8 years.
