1.Alumni Experience :

2.Document Migration from ONB1.0 to ONB2.0 :

As an Onboarding 1.0 administrator, you can now migrate all your documents to the latest Onboarding solution before the sunset of Onboarding 1.0. Kindly refer below blog for more details.

3.Enhancement in Onboarding Process for Internal Hires:

Switch 1:Enable Enhanced Internal Hire Process- Will be Automatically ON from 1H2025 release.(Universal)

Switch 2: Enable Additional Internal Hire Activities- It is added to support functionalities such as workflow support, cross-entity rule support, and position updates which were not available with switch 1.

4.Enhancement to Onboarding Integration Setup Page:

You can now select a new option called Apply Onboarding to Job Requisitions via Business Rule to Define Eligibility for Onboarding Initiation from the Onboarding Integration Setup page and configure a dedicated business rule to define the eligibility for onboarding initiation.

New Appplicant Management Experience should be turned ON to utilize this feature.

5.Simplified Print Forms Service Credentialing and Provisioning :

P-User ID is no longer required to enable PFS, removing the need to renew its password every six months.

The actual transition is planned in the preview environment in a phased manner starting from 5 May, 2025. To check the status of transition, kindly refer below blog for more details

6.Enhanced Document Flow Support for Corrections after Final Review Step:

System generates a new version of the document in Document Flow each time data correction is requested in Final Review.

7.Custom Tasks Step Attachments available in New Hire Details:

Documents uploaded to custom tasks are now visible from Onboarding Documents in the New Hire Details page.

8.Change in Legal Entity Transfer Flow :

Employees who are transferred on Legal Entity Transfer can't begin their new employment on the day of their employment unless Manage Pending Hire is completed.

9.AI Assisted Writing For Nudge Feature in Onboarding :For Onboarding, you can now use the AI-assisted writing tool on below areas:

The Nudge Assignee Quick Action on the home page.
The Nudge button in new hire tasks on the New Hire Details page.
