- Joule Activation Knowledge Transfer Sessions: Starting from August, we run a monthly 90-minute webinar series explaining the pre-requisites, the relevant activation steps and the most common issues during activation. We will provide you with the best material we have to make sure you can start the activation by your own. This live session also includes Q&A options with our experts.
- Joule Activation Knowledge Transfer Recording: You can’t join the live session? No issue, the session is recorded and available afterwards. It can be consumed at any time.
- Activation Support: You need more guidance by SAP? Our Adoption team can help you with the activation. Please reach out to your CSM to get registered for your individual pre-requisite check and activation sessions.

Please reach out to your SAP Representative to get registered for our special Activation support offering.
If you do not have a CSM, please reach out to SAP_SuccessFactors_Joule_Activation@sap.com using this mail template. The team will check if you meet the license-related prerequisites. If so, we will register you for the activation.
Once registered by your CSM or the team, you will receive an email with more details on the activation and instructions on how to book the sessions.
During the sessions, we will follow our Joule Activation Discovery Center Missions (see additional resources). It would be beneficial if you review this resource beforehand to familiarize yourself with the steps.
