What to expect until end of June:
- Mandatory Pre-Requisite Workshop: Participants are encouraged to attend the mandatory workshop to prepare for the Hands-On Lab (you can also see the 12 steps required to be ready to activate SAP Joule on page 10 of the "SAP Joule Set Up Guide for SAP SuccessFactors" document).
- Hands-On Guided Session: Get help setting up SAP Joule in your SAP SuccessFactors instance, supervised by SAP experts. Important point to note here: If you (customer) did not sign the T&C for Joule SKU then, You can not attend Hands-on-guided session.
- Best Practice Guide: Follow a step-by-step guide to prepare, set up, test, and activate Joule in your instance.
- Live Collaboration and Q&A: Engage with our Adoption Services Center teams for live guidance and support.
What to expect starting in July:
- Joule Activation Knowledge Transfer Sessions: Starting from August, we run a monthly 90-minute webinar series explaining the pre-requisites, the relevant activation steps and the most common issues during activation. We will provide you with the best material we have to make sure you can start the activation by your own. This live session also includes Q&A options with our experts.
- Joule Activation Knowledge Transfer Recording: You can’t join the live session? No issue, the session is recorded and available afterwards. It can be consumed at any time.
- Activation Support: You need more guidance by SAP? Our Adoption team can help you with the activation. Please reach out to your CSM to get registered for your individual pre-requisite check and activation sessions.

Adoption Lab Schedule until end of June:
You should attend the Pre-Requisite Check first to get your environment ready and only after that you would be able to attend the Hands-On Lab.
Registrations will be accepted if pre-requisite is met. Please provide all the requested information within the registration page.
Please note that each session will only take place if a minimum number of registrants is reached.

Activation Support by SAP
Please reach out to your SAP Representative to get registered for our special Activation support offering.
If you do not have a CSM, please reach out to SAP_SuccessFactors_Joule_Activation@sap.com using this mail template. The team will check if you meet the license-related prerequisites. If so, we will register you for the activation.
Once registered by your CSM or the team, you will receive an email with more details on the activation and instructions on how to book the sessions.
During the sessions, we will follow our Joule Activation Discovery Center Missions (see additional resources). It would be beneficial if you review this resource beforehand to familiarize yourself with the steps.
