How to Access YouCalc Tiles via the new Homepage

As part of the reimagined homepage for SuccessFactors, which will become universal during the H1 2205 Release, there will be some changes on how you access your YouCalc tiles on the Homepage.

The newly added Access Tiles from Home Page permission on the Reports Permission tab enables you to view Tile reports from the latest home page.

A one-time migration has been planned to auto-enable the new permission for roles that have access to Tile reports published on the home page.

It is required to give access to the Access Tiles from Home Page permission on the Reports Permission tab enables you to view Tile reports from the latest home page.

1. Go to Manage Permissions Roles on Admin Center


2. Select the desired RBP role and click on permission.


3. The Access Tiles from Home Page Permission will be available on Reports Permission tab as per below:

Therefore, you do not need to make any changes once the new Homepage has migrated to your instance.

Important: the tiles will be available on a new tile with the home page called "View Tiles".
