AI: Smarter support for employees, managers, and HR teams
Joule, SAP’s AI copilot, is now available in 10 more languages and on mobile, giving employees and managers even easier access to answers, actions, and insights - anytime, anywhere. New AI features include guidance on pay statements, time-off requests, learning updates, and admin support.

In Performance & Goals, we’ve introduced a new form experience along with AI-assisted comments and insights to make performance conversations more useful and personalized. A new sentiment analysis for 360 reviews helps highlight opportunities for development.

Mobile: Helping employees stay connected on the go
The mobile app now includes an expanded people profile view with data from benefits, payroll, and learning. A new time summary feature keeps employees up to date, while custom learning cards help admins promote key content wherever employees are.

Microsoft Teams: HR in the flow work
Our Microsoft Teams integration now supports multiple tenants, making it easier for global organizations to stay connected. We’re also enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central quick actions in Microsoft Teams, enabling users to create one-time payments, update marital status (with attachment support where needed), and log time directly from Teams - including tracking missed punches.

We are thrilled to launch the alumni experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solution. The alumni experience helps departing employees manage personal information and gives them access to support, documents, and resources. Additionally, AI-assisted offboarding through Joule helps enable task completion and provides departing employees with a wellstructured offboarding experience.

Building on the successful launch of our updated people profile, we’ve continued to enhance the user experience by bringing in additional content from across SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including benefits, payroll, and learning. Additionally, Managers can now create job requisitions directly from the My Team Positions view, reducing the need to navigate between pages.

We are also introducing the integration of the position budgeting control workbench with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Along with existing integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, this provides payroll administrators with real-time insights into position budget utilization and costs. The wider visibility enables better management of allocated funds and grants, offering a comprehensive view of salary costs, committed budget, and available funds for personnel expenses.
