The latest SAP SuccessFactors Mobile updates are designed to enhance usability, streamline everyday tasks, and empower employees and managers alike to work more efficiently, from anywhere.

This release delivers meaningful updates aligned with our core innovation areas, helping organizations simplify complexity, elevate employee experiences, and unlock new levels of agility and performance.

🔍Smarter Support with Joule

Joule, SAP’s AI copilot, is now available on mobile. Employees and managers can use natural language to complete tasks, access information, and receive step-by-step guidance. Voice activation through Siri enables hands-free interaction, helping users work more efficiently and independently throughout the day.

👥 Elevating the People Profile Experience

The enhanced Profile Preview and Spotlight View bring together key data from across SAP SuccessFactors solutions including Employee Central, Payroll, Learning, and Benefits. Employees can manage their profiles easily, while category-level permissions protect sensitive data and ensure the right access for the right users.

This unified profile experience improves visibility, reduces manual work, and supports better decision-making for individuals and teams.

📚 Learning that Supports Growth on the Go

The updated learning experience introduces custom cards, mobile learning approvals, and optional surveys. Learning administrators can highlight critical content directly within the app, helping employees stay aligned with business priorities and development goals.

Approvers can now take action directly from the mobile landing screen, making it easier to keep learning moving without delays.

🕒 More Visibility and Flexibility with Time Management

New features like View My Calendar and Time Sheet Summary help employees track hours, view upcoming shifts, and manage absences in one place. These updates support greater accuracy, compliance, and planning while reducing friction in day-to-day workforce management.

Managers benefit from improved oversight and timely approvals, helping to ensure accurate payroll and efficient team operations.

🎯 Goal Management Reflects Real Work

Employees can now link activities to multiple goals across different plans, offering a more accurate view of contributions. The option to select specific goal plans when creating new goals enhances alignment and supports meaningful performance conversations.

📎 Improved Self-Service through Attachment Support

Employees can upload, review, and manage personal and job-related documents directly from their mobile device. This gives users more control over their data and simplifies processes such as updating personal details or submitting required documentation.

🌍 Personalized, Inclusive Mobile Experiences

Users can now set their preferred language directly within the SAP SuccessFactors app, creating a more consistent and accessible experience. Combined with the introduction of AI-assisted bulk translation capabilities, these updates help support a global workforce with localized tools that meet diverse needs.
