The First Half 2025 Release delivers many exciting innovations within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. We are introducing new features and capabilities designed to make finding information and completing tasks quick and easy. Here is a snapshot of what you can expect to see in this release:
People Profile Enhancements
Building upon a successful launch of our new People Profile, we are continuing to enhance the experience by bringing in additional content from across SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including benefits, payroll, and learning.
To further support the unique requirements of public sector organizations, we are also introducing a new portlet that displays the financing status of an employee directly within their profile.
Addressing Customer Influence Requests
We are pleased to address multiple customer influence requests with new capabilities designed to boost efficiency for all users. Managers can now create job requisitions directly from the My Team Positions view, reducing the need to navigate between pages. In addition, attachments can now be uploaded within quick actions to help ensure smooth task completion when further documentation is required.
To simplify the administrator experience, we are also introducing support for bulk changes to employee data within the mass data management tool, enabling non-technical users to quickly update job information, such as cost centers and holiday calendars.
