In an era where smartphones are ubiquitous and workforces are increasingly mobile, the role of technology in Human Resources (HR) is more crucial than ever. At SAP SuccessFactors we want to make a meaningful, positive impact on the work life of every SuccessFactors user wherever they are working from by anticipating their most critical needs at the right time and exploit the unique mobile capabilities they’ve come to love from consumer apps for all mobile users.
For the 1H 2024 release, we put our investment in areas that matter most for mobile users, especially from an employee experience perspective, which is based on historical usage data and the features that benefit deskless workers. We are excited to share with you reimagined features such as the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central people profile and org chart. Additionally, on the SAP SuccessFactors Learning side we have built richer functions for the Integrated Learning Experience (ILX), as well as offline learning support on the Android platform.
Employee Central
Two new people profile experiences include the profile preview and spotlight view. With the profile preview, employees can edit their basic information, upload an “About me Video”, and much more. The spotlight view helps them to build their own brand by showcasing things like skills, competencies, and mentoring experiences.
With the org chart, we have enhanced the overall navigation. Available on mobile, employees can quickly navigate to these new views and explore their organizational structure with improved integration with new people profile page.
To make it easier for employees and managers to access information, we have also delivered more Employee Central (EC) quick actions such as View Job Relationship, View Phone, View Email – just to mention a few.
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
In the last release we introduced the new integrated Learning experience (ILX). With this release we have enhanced the new Learning experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile iOS and Android mobile apps with Important Learning, Requests for Me, curricula requirements, and filter options. We've also relocated the new Learning experience switch and updated the new Learning experience information message.
Also with this release, we now support the ability to download learning content to launch offline in the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile Android app.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits
Customers who are using EC Global Benefits can enjoy an entirely new enrollment experience for Insurance and Savings Plans, which includes a step-by-step, guided flow, side-by-side plan comparisons as well as relevant help at each step.
SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
Mobile users can view and provide ratings and comments for skills, add skills to the form, or delete them as well as view and edit weights for skills and the skill section.
