- Available on learning.sap.com now – Project Team Orientation (PTO): The Project Team Orientation (PTO) courses for each product area are available now on learning.sap.com and the SAP SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC).
- Project Team Orientation courses focus on core out-of-the-box functionality and prepare you to make the best decisions for a successful implementation. Since these courses are high-level, they are applicable for System Administrators, Business Users, Business Process Owners, Executive Stakeholders, etc.
- On learning.sap.com, you can search for PTO courses by product name or course code.
- You can also access PTO courses with direct links from this guide: SAP SuccessFactors HCM Training Materials Guide.
- As of June 6, 2025, PTO courses will ONLY be found in learning.sap.com.
- Available on learning.sap.com on June 6, 2025 – Administration: With the 1H 2025 release updates publishing cycle, the updated Administration courses for each product area will be found only on learning.sap.com (and no longer accessed on SAP SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC)).
- Administration courses cover key concepts, features, terminology, and practice of necessary skills to successfully administer your software. Since these courses are in-depth, they are applicable for System Administrators and other roles responsible for the configuration and maintenance of a product in SAP SuccessFactors.
- On learning.sap.com, starting on June 6, you will be able to search for Administration training courses by product name or course code.
- You can access courses with direct links from this guide (currently the direct links to Administration courses lead to SFALC): SAP SuccessFactors HCM Training Materials Guide.
- Available on SFALC Continuous – SAP SuccessFactors eXpert (SFX) exams: The SAP SuccessFactors eXpert (SFX) exams for each product area will continue to be accessed only on SFALC.
- SFX exams, based on Administration courses, test your knowledge and confirm your expertise as an administrator of your SAP SuccessFactors system.
- After you pass an SFX exam, you will earn a product-specific SFX digital badge.
- All SFX exams can be accessed through the SAP SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC) (S-user ID required to register), available to SAP SuccessFactors customers for no additional cost (included with your subscription).
