Now, explore a preview of the top highlights in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to get excited about in 2H 2024: 

AI-Assisted Job Recommendations

With this release, candidates can now use AI to discover jobs that match the skills they have, enabling them to find and apply for the right opportunities for them. When candidates upload their resumes to the career site, AI extracts their skills, allowing candidates to discover open roles that match their skills.

Allowing candidates to participate in skills-based hiring helps drive adoption, improve talent pools, and encourage valuable talent to find the right opportunities for them. Candidates can view, validate, and modify AI-extracted skills, enabling them to have control over the skills-based job recommendations, driving them to the most relevant opportunities for them.

Candidates can view AI-driven job recommendations based on the skills extracted from their resume, aligned to skills needed for various roles. This encourages candidates to consider more opportunities that align to their skills.

AI-Assisted Job Skills on Career Site

When candidates find a role they are interested in, they can view the job details page, which now shows AI-assisted job skills and provides insights into matching and missing skills. The AI-assisted skills cloud on job details pages gives candidates a clear view into the skills needed for a role, enabling them to apply for roles that best fit their skill set.

Simplified Candidate Authentication

As part of an ongoing initiative to deliver a simplified candidate experience, external candidate authentication enables applicants to create a profile and apply for a role with a phone number or social account login, instead of an email address. Candidates can complete the application process more easily and benefit from an improved user experience as familiar as their favorite sites. Candidates can begin applying for a role by simply registering with a social account or text login. These enhancements help deliver a quick, mobile-first experience to secure interested candidates, reducing candidate drop-off, accelerating time to apply, and improving the overall candidate experience for deskless applicants.

Delivering Enhancements to the Recruiter Experience

With each release, we continue to deliver enhancements to the redesigned applicant management tool, providing recruiters with sophisticated tools and AI-driven capabilities to quickly screen, manage, and hire applicants. With this release, we have enhanced the AI-assisted skills matching feature to let you view the total number of skills in an applicant’s resume that match the skills specified as primary or secondary on the job description. This enhancement helps recruiters and hiring managers utilize the skills compatibility insights to make informed decisions during applicant screening and hiring.

Continuous upcoming enhancements to the applicant management tool will be delivered with each release, ensuring key functionality is available to customers ahead of the depreciation timeline of the legacy applicant workbench tool planned for 2026.

Additionally, for recruiting postings, we continue to extend the list of job board integrations available in the job board marketplace to fulfill continuous recruitment needs regionally.
