We are pleased to announce our enhanced role-based permissions for the talent intelligence hub. This update gives administrators the ability to select by specific attribute type or tag which attributes should be visible and ratable. The attributes in the growth portfolio can be restricted from the employee view based on the target criteria that is set for a target population. This enhancement helps administrators decide who can see which attributes and improves support for organizations with complex permissions requirements.
Additionally, with our new validation workflow for the growth portfolio, you can define an approval process to be triggered whenever a change is made to the rating of an attribute. From the growth portfolio, when there is a change to the proficiency level for which a workflow is configured, the request is sent to the designated reviewers for approval. The reviewers are notified and can approve or reject the request from the workflow to-do cards. From the approval request details page, the reviewers can take action to approve or reject. This validation process boosts governance and enhances awareness of growth portfolio activities.
For learners, we are offering skills-focused learning in the growth portfolio with a curated list of learning opportunities to improve key skills and competencies. Users can discover filtered learning options tailored to their upskilling needs under the new 'Advance My Proficiency' section. With this enhancement, employees can choose the right courses to improve their skills and advance in their careers.
