In the 1H 2025 release, we have introduced new capabilities to improve experiences across the hiring journey, including an enhanced candidate application experience, AI-assisted interview summarization, and AI-assisted writing.

Enhanced Candidate Experience

With this release, the reimagined candidate experience has been enhanced with a guided application experience, refreshed candidate profile, and improved applications dashboard. The application experience for candidates has been redesigned, with a guided, modern user interface that helps dynamically collect applicant data while simplifying and accelerating the application process.

The redesigned candidate application experience transforms the hiring journey with a modern, intuitive, guided interface that simplifies and accelerates the application process. Dynamic fields and a step-by-step application interface enhances the candidate experience while streamlining data collection.

This new experience gives candidates access to a refreshed applications dashboard, enabling them to view their applications, complete post-application actions, and easily navigate through completed and in-progress applications.

The refreshed candidate profile provides applicants with a simplified user interface that helps candidates easily navigate, access, and update their information. The profile page serves as a centralized hub that provides a holistic view of a candidate’s qualifications, skills, past employment, and other relevant details.  

AI-Assisted Summarization of Interview Feedback  

With this release, AI-assisted interview insights can be provided to help summarize interview feedback for hiring teams.

Generative AI can help hiring teams consolidate interview feedback into an actionable summary to help provide AI-driven insights during the interview process. This helps hiring teams easily review interview feedback, review strengths and concerns, and see a summarized overview for each candidate.

AI-Assisted Writing in Recruiting

With this release, AI-assisted writing can help provide support to recruiters to enhance the language, tone, and formatting of written text, improving the experience for both recruiters and candidates.

The writing assistant helps enhance writing by adjusting tone and providing AI-generated suggestions in rich text area fields, such as job descriptions and candidate communications, to ensure writing is clean and consumable.

Delivering Enhancements to the Recruiter Experience  

With each release, we continue to deliver enhancements to the redesigned applicant management tool, providing recruiters with sophisticated tools and AI-driven capabilities to quickly screen, manage, and hire applicants. With this release, we have added drag and drop functionality, allowing recruiters to move individual or multiple candidates across the recruiting pipeline efficiently. Additionally, enhanced application data download, enhanced sorting of applicants, and onboarding status filter are now available in the applicant management tool.

Continuous upcoming enhancements to the applicant management tool will be delivered with each release, ensuring key functionality is available to customers ahead of the depreciation timeline of the legacy applicant workbench tool planned for 2026.
