6. Enhanced Application Data Download

Recruiters can now download all candidate documents (resumes, cover letters, attachments) as a single PDF or ZIP file.

✔ Files remain accessible for 24 hours before auto-deletion.
✔ Email notifications when downloads are ready.

Why it matters: Simplifies interview preparation and compliance audits.

7. Standard Site URLs for Career Sites

Organizations can now use SAP-hosted URLs (e.g., mycompany.jobs.hr.cloud.sap) to avoid managing DNS/SSL.

Transition Process:

  • Run both custom and standard URLs for up to 6 months.

  • Automatically updates job alerts and integrations

Why it matters: Reduces IT maintenance efforts.

⚠️ Note: The 6-month transition begins when you change the Primary URL. Related settings update automatically. After 6 months, the old URL is removed and stops redirecting.

 
8. Additional Technical Enhancements
  • Download applicant documents (resume, cover letter) as PDF or ZIP.
  • Skills now automatically migrate when copying a job requisition.
  • The Job Profile tab has been removed to align with the Unified Data Model (UDM).
  • Salary fields support more digits for high-compensation roles.
  • New granularity for permissions tied to recruiting-related business rules improves control and governance.
  • Interview scheduling configuration migrated to Work Tech Configuration.
  • Updated banner notifications and iconography in the new Applicant Management tool.
