This solution unifies people and skills data from SAP SuccessFactors with broader business datasets, turning it into actionable, AI-powered insights for HR and business leaders.

Highlights:

  • Self-service, business-friendly interface

  • Hundreds of HR KPIs and AI-based forecasts

  • Governed, enriched workforce data for decision-making

  • Joule copilot integration for instant answers

People Intelligence shall go General Availability sometime in Q3 2025.

The new Performance and Goals Agent is designed to supercharge the employee-manager relationship. The Performance and Goals Agent aims to enhance performance management by equipping managers with the information they need to have productive and insightful conversations with their team members. 

 
Functionality:
The agent utilizes data-driven insights to help managers identify areas for improvement, highlight employee strengths, and tailor development plans.

Availability:
While the agent was announced at SAP Sapphire 2025, its general availability is planned for Q4 2025. 

3. WalkMe for SAP SuccessFactors HCM

In collaboration with WalkMe, SAP SuccessFactors now features AI-powered in-app guidance across key workflows like onboarding and time-off requests.
