Enabling the Message Center
Before you enable Email Correspondence, ensure that you have the following permissions enabled:
- Enable the Generic Objects option in Provisioning.
- You can enable Email Correspondence either by selecting Recruiting Management Email Correspondence from the Upgrade Center or from Manage Recruiting Settings.
- Go to the Admin Center.
- In the Tools Search field, enter Manage Recruiting Settings.
- Scroll down to the Email Correspondence and Message Center section and select Enable Email Correspondence.

Create an Email Notification Template
- Go to the Admin Center.
- In the Tools Search field, enter Manage Recruiting Email Templates.
- Create a New Template, Enter the required information, and activate the template.

Using the Message Center
- Go to Recruiting and select the Job Requestion tab.
- Once the Job Requestion is opened, Click on Candidates against the available Job Requestion.

- Once the candidates are visible click on the check box and select the Contact Candidate.

- A new page will appear select the Language, Brand, Email Layout, Email Template, etc, and click on the Next button

- Review the content email content and click on the “I’m Done” button.

- Candidates can access his/her email to access the message sent by the recruiter.

- Once the email is sent to the candidate, the System will create a Conversation in the Message Center tab and the recruiter can access the Message Center to continue a conversation with the candidate.

- Recruiter can use the message box to type the content for the candidate and click on the send button.
- Candidates can simply access the email and use the reply button to share the response with the recruiter.
