• Upgraded: Create Positions, Edit Contact Info, Job Changes, Promotions, Transfers & more

4. Enhancements to Employee Central Quick Actions

• Attachments now supported for key events (e.g., Promotion, Location Change)
• New templates for One-Time Payment and Marital Status Change
• Phone number formatting improvements

5. Expanded Learning & Performance Use Cases

Users can now:

• Approve training requests (internal, external, with/without e-sign)
• Manage and edit performance goals, add comments, assign buddies
• View and comment on development goals

6. Improved Recruiting, Platform, and Succession Integration

Joule now supports:

• Approving job requisitions and offers
• Viewing job profiles, mentoring requests, and succession nominations

7. Config & Permission Requirements

To activate new features:

• Joule must be enabled in the backend
• Users must have “Access to Joule” permission under General User Permissions
• Templates and Data Models must be updated for attachments
