Introduction

Sometimes, the logo on your company’s Career Site might change unexpectedly. This can happen if the website URL is wrongly configured. In this post, we’ll show you how to check and fix the URL so that the correct logo shows up.

Step-by-Step Solution

1. Check the Career Site URL Configuration

The first step in solving this issue is to check which logo appears on the career site and why it has changed. To do this:

  • Navigate to Provisioning in your SAP SuccessFactors system.
  • Select the relevant company (either test or production).
  • Under Company Settings, click on Configure Recruiting Marketing Data Center URL.

    2. Verify the URL in the Career Site Builder

On this page, the last two options will show the URLs related to the career site. In most cases, if someone has modified the URLs to something other than the company's related URL, a different logo might appear. To fix this:

  • Go to Career Site Builder.
  • Navigate to SettingsSite Configuration.

In Site Information, you will find the correct site URL.

3. Update the URL in Provisioning
Once you have the correct URL from the Career Site Builder, follow these steps to update it:

  • Return to Provisioning and go back to the Recruiting Marketing Data Center URLs.
  • Replace the incorrect URL with the correct one placed from the Career Site Builder.
  • Save the changes.

4. Verify the Logo on the Career Site

After updating the URL, navigate to your Career Site and check if the company logo is now appearing as expected.

Conclusion
By following these simple steps, you can quickly resolve any logo-related issues on your SAP SuccessFactors Career Site. The problem usually occurs due to a misconfigured URL, and ensuring the correct URL is added in the Provisioning system will restore the company’s logo.
