Average Rating Calculation of Multiple Quarterly Review Forms through Table Report

The performance management Review process can vary significantly across different organizations. In certain organizations, a single standard performance form may not address the unique requirements of their evaluation processes. As a result, these organizations might utilize multiple performance forms to evaluate the employee performance.

With the use of multiple performance forms, it becomes essential to establish a method for consolidating and averaging the ratings derived from these various performance evaluation forms like quarterly or half-yearly forms. This consolidation process ensures that a comprehensive and balanced assessment of employee performance is achieved, providing a clear and unified picture of their overall performance.

This document explains the step-by-step way of how we can calculate the average of overall ratings/score from multiple forms with the help of table reports.

Step 1:

Go to the report centre and click on New and select the report type as Table and click on Select.
