
Onb Super Admin Access or also known as Onb back-end access
Consultants working on the Onboarding Implementation need this access. Super Admin site access is required for managing the customer Account.
This request has to be raised only by the consultant certified in C-THR91 or C_THR97 with Partner S user ID via https://hcmcloudops.successfactors.com/
Customers are not allowed access to this portal, even if they try, they will get an Error “ERROR! You have logged in as user Sxxxxxxxxxx belonging to company XXXXXX Inc.”
Partner with P id is also not allowed to access this portal, they will get an Error “ERROR! You have logged in as user Pxxxxxxxxxx belonging to partner XXXXXX Inc”
It involves 2 simple steps
Step 1 (Customer Step)
The customer needs to send the below email, including all instances [Environment(s) : Preview, Dev, Prod] in a single email to the consultant, keeping in mind a few key points

I understand SuccessFactors adheres to strict policies concerning access to customer environments. I confirm the approval for CONSULTANT of <PARTNER COMPANY> named below to be provided ONB Super Admin access to my organization’s implementation with details below.
Customer Name: <CUSTOMER Name>
Customer ID: <CUSTOMER ID>
ONB Account Names (aka ONB Company IDs): <ONB Account Names>
Environment(s): <e.g., DC2 Production, DC2 Preview, DC2 Development> (list all instance you want to give access)
Consultant Name: Mr./Ms. AAAA BBB CCC
Consultant Email: aaaabbbccc@xcde1234.com
Customer Approver's Signature:

Step 2 (Consultant Step)
For finding ONB Account, it will appear as “Account ID” in BizX Provisioning> Company Settings > Onboarding Settings
