Hi Folks,

In today's time a very common ask from the clients is to enable the Job Family and Job Sub Family fields in Position Management and Employee Profile UI.

Job Function <Job Family> designed in the Job classification object and many organizations also have custom Job Sub Function <Job Sub Family> associated with Job Code.

The following steps will guide in setting up Job Function <Job Family> fields visibility in Position and propagating the values directly after selection of Job code. Synching the field values from Position to Job Info:

  • Go to Configure Object Definition- Take action in Position object

Enter Job Family and Job Subfamily details and save
