This article highlights few latest upgrade & enhancements designed in SuccessFactors Learning to provide seamless and efficient learning experience for end users and admins.
1. Banners can be Paused now :
If multiple banners are being used by a customer, users can pause whichever banner they want . A new Pause/Play Button has been added(as shown below) :
2. AI generated Image in Learning :
Now we can generate image using AI while creating or editing custom cards and banners, and when modifying existing items, programs, and curricula. Once we select 'Generate image Using AI' a text box widget will appear where we can give the description of the image and in minimum 15 seconds AI will Generate the image.

Configuration Requirement :
* Customer must have AI units license.
* Customer enabled the AI Services Administration > Assisted Image Generation setting in Admin Center.
3. Verified Email Domain Synchronization : Automated
Earlier domain validation ran daily as a default schedule. However, now an automatic process job available for this process. This automatic job now synchronizes the latest list of verified email domains from the SAP SuccessFactors Platform to Learning . Automatic Sync for Verified Email Domains is available on System Administration >Automatic Processes > Verified Email Domain Synchronization , Admin can control the frequency (Daily,Monthly). If any discrepancy found logs can be checked on 'view Error' button.

4. Supervisor's control on Overdue Training Reminders
An impactful feature where supervisor can send overdue courses reminder mail for his/her subordinates . The control of reminder mail's context like Subject line and body of the mail is editable by Supervisor.

The recipients will receive the email from system mail box but Supervisor can opt/copy himself in the mail.
5. Download full Learning history - Learner
Another impactful feature , Now User/Learner can Download All the learning History in a single PDF.
Go to Learning History > choose the Download option on the page.
⚠️Note : - This feature is not applicable for Manager, Delegates and in Proxy
- You have Access Reports and Run User Learning History Report permissions.

6. Enhanced Proxy Access to the New Learning Experience
Launch Proxy experience has been upgraded from legacy to New learning experience home page .The enhancement ensures that administrators experience the same interface as users, ensuring accurate troubleshooting.

7. Advanced feature added to Custom Cards and Custom Pages in Learning Administration
Minor enhancements to the Custom Cards and Custom Pages pages to improve the administrator experience.
like : Target Group and Active period option has been added to both custom page and custom card. And an indicator for expired custom cards/page.

8. Team View on structural Hierarchy
SAP have redesigned Team view page, Now Supervisor can view all direct & indirect reports in a tree style view.

9. Browse Library Functionality
SAP has enhanced the Browse Library feature with the ability to browse all learning activities. Previously, the Browse Library feature only supported the ability to refine search results by category.
Browse all Learning activities is based on the below configuration :
System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > LIBRARY {enableBrowseLibrary}, This should be enableBrowseLibrary=True by default it was false.

Hence the upgrades were been adopted in new learning home page ,Legacy Learning Home page will be Deprecate on Nov 15, 2025.
