New Transactional Use Cases in Joule

Performance & Goals:
1.Create Activity – Allows users to create activities for themselves and for others that they share a channel with. Users can also link the activities to relevant performance and development goals.
2.View Performance Goals – Access and view detailed performance goals, including name, plan, and status. Navigate to the goal details for more insights.
3.Edit Performance Goals – Edit performance goals by adjusting status and completion percentage. Currently only these two fields are supported.
4.Add Comments to Performance Goals – Facilitate collaboration and feedback by adding comments to performance goals.

Succession & Development:
1.View Development Goals – View development goals, including the goal name, goal plan name, and goal status, and follow a link to the goal details page for more information.
2.Edit Development Goals – Allows users to edit the status and completion percentage of development goals. Currently only these two fields are supported.
3.Add Comments to Development Goals – Allows users to add comments to development goals.
